California Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag frozen California vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
    1 c. rice, cooked
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Defrost veggies.
    Mix all ingredients together, except onions. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes (until veggies are tender) at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle onions on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
