Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage head
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry out fat back.
    Remove meat from pan.
    Measure grease back into pan.
    Heat grease.
    Add chopped cabbage, salt and sugar; stir.
    Cover and steam 15 to 20 minutes until done.
