Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and cook in saucepan except carrots.
Pour sauce over carrots and keep warm until serving.
