Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mild jalapeno peppers (1/2 deseeded canned) 12 oz. can
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 pkg. Buddig wafer meat (your choice)
    2 c. cracker meal
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. oil
Preparation
    Drain peppers.
    Dry on paper towels and set aside.
    Slice wafer meat thin in cubes.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute or until crisp like bacon.
    Let cool and break up.
