Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli or 1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 to 1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, defrost and separate broccoli in oil. Blend onion and pepper; cook a short time.
    Stir in soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Fold in rice and mix well.
    Top with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
