Lemon-Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Combine
    flour and sugar in top of double boiler.
    With spoon, beat
    in
    2/3
    cup
    water,
    egg, lemon peel and juice. Cook, stirring,
    over boiling water until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butter;
    refrigerate until well chilled, at least 1 hour.
