Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk (lukewarm)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat one egg white stiff.
Add sugar, 2 eggs, salt and seasoning.
Add lukewarm milk.
Put in an unbaked crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake until custard is set.
