Hot And Sour Chinese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 dried Chinese mushrooms (can use canned sliced mushrooms)
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. drained bamboo shoots, cut into strips
    1/4 lb. lean pork, cut into strips
    1 small cake bean curd, cut into cubes
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Soak mushrooms in boiling water in a small bowl for 15 minutes. Drain, discard stems and slice caps.
    Combine broth, soy sauce, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and pork in medium pan. Bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 3 minutes. Add bean curd, lemon juice and pepper. Bring to a boil.
