Christmas Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. diced ham or salami
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk or light cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    chopped parsley and pimento
    prepared pie crust
Preparation
    Place prepared pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
    Combine 1 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese and 4 tablespoon flour.
    Sprinkle into pie shell.
    Sprinkle on 1/2 cup diced ham or salami.
    Combine 3 eggs, 1 cup milk or light cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon mustard.
    Beat until smooth and pour evenly over cheese.
    Place unbaked pie in freezer until solid.
    When ready to bake, place frozen pie in 400\u00b0 oven for nearly 1 hour.
    Cool slightly.
    Garnish with chopped parsley and pimento.
