Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. Idaho or new potatoes
    1 doz. eggs
    2 celery stalks
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 c. sweet relish
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. mustard
    1/4 c. sugar
    black pepper
    seasoned salt
    onion flakes
    garlic powder
    adobo seasoning
Preparation
    Clean potato skins.
    Cut potatoes into chunks and then boil. Boil eggs.
    In the food processor, chop celery, peppers and onions.
    Chop eggs.
    Put ingredients in bowl.
    Add relish, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar and mustard.
    Mix ingredients together. Add seasonings to your desired taste.
    Chill salad.
