Cauliflower With Corn Flakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower (1 1/2 lb.)
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. corn flakes, coarsely crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower until just tender or from 6 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small skillet and brown slightly for 5 minutes.
    Drain cauliflower and arrange on a serving plate, then sprinkle with the hot crumb mixture.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 4 servings.
