Shrimp Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin (2 pkg., unflavored)
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green onion
2 c. boiled, peeled and drained shrimp
Preparation

Grease ring mold with Wesson oil; soak gelatin in 1/4 cup shrimp liquid.
Heat soup to boiling.
Soften cream cheese.
Add hot soup slowly.
Blend well.
Add gelatin.
Cool.
Add mayonnaise, celery and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Wait until mixture thickens a bit, then pour into ring mold. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
Turn out on platter.
Decorate with fresh parsley and serve with party rye bread.
