Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. top round or sirloin tips, cut in small pieces
2 bell peppers
2 medium onions
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Crisco
Preparation

Cut meat, pepper and onion in small pieces.
Heat pan; melt Crisco.
Add meat and brown on medium heat, then put other ingredients and finish cooking, stirring continuously.
Can add vegetables if desired.
