Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately.
Add liquid to dry mix, blend well.
Bake for 15
minutes at 350\u00b0 in greased muffin tins.
