Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    anise seed (as wanted)
    2 tsp. anisette
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 3/4 sticks melted butter
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Dough will be a little tacky.
    Cook with pizzelle iron. Use approximately 1 teaspoon batter for each pizzelle.
