Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular sliced chicken breast
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    4 pieces chopped clove garlic
    1 tsp. black pepper balls
    laurel leaves (optional)
    2 medium size potatoes, cut in 4 slices
    1/4 sliced fresh red pepper (medium cut)
    1 spoon sugar
Preparation
    Precook chicken in 4 cups of water with 1 spoon of salt for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
    Mix vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper balls.
    Add on meat and bring to boil on medium fire for 15 minutes.
    Occasionally stir and make sure liquid won't dry up.
    In case, add additional water.
    When the natural juice of the meat comes out, add potatoes, red pepper and laurel.
    Cook on low fire for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle 1 spoon of sugar before serving.
