Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling water (salted) for 4 minutes.
    Drain. Mix with soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, onion, salt, pepper and Accent.
    Turn into a buttered shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with crushed cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve at once.
