Salmon Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon (undrained)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. cooked shell macaroni
    1 Red Delicious apple
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve 2 tablespoons salmon liquid.
    Flake salmon with fork.
    Combine reserved salmon liquid, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl.
    Blend well.
    Pour over pasta.
    Cover and chill 1 hour.
