Ingredients

1 chocolate crumb crust
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. unsalted butter, soft
4 eggs (only clean and uncracked)
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1/4 tsp. mint extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Beat sugar with butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add melted chocolate. Stir in extracts.
Pour into crumb crust.
Refrigerate until firm. Garnish with mint leaves and maraschino cherries.
