Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork meat, cooked and cubed
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 green pepper, seeded and cubed
    1 small can pineapple chunks with juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch with cold water
Preparation
    Mix beaten egg with flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip meat in batter and fry until golden.
    Combine everything else except cornstarch in another pan.
    Heat through, then add cornstarch. Cook until gravy is clear.
    Remove from heat; add meat and heat thoroughly.
    Serve with rice.
