Crackling Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 to 4 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk (watch texture)
    2 c. cracklings
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients and cracklings.
    Add milk and eggs.
    Put into a hot skillet (iron) which has been prepared with oil and a dusting of cornmeal to keep from sticking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 30 minutes to brown correctly.
