English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 or 4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can peas, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add flour and milk; salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until thickened.
    Pour sauce in casserole dish. Spread out.
    Add peas.
    Heat mushroom soup.
    Spread on peas. Sprinkle on cheese.
