Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix (Pillsbury) *
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cake according to package directions.
    Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan (flour pan).
    Mix eggs, sugar, Ricotta cheese and vanilla until nice and creamy.
    Pour over cake batter.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown.
    Check center with knife.
    Bake a few minutes longer if knife is wet.
    Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
