Oven Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, coarsely chopped
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Fry bacon until brown; drain. Saute onions, mushrooms and green pepper. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Stir in bacon, onion, mushrooms, green pepper, 2 cups Monterey Jack and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Pour in greased 2-quart baking dish. Can be covered at this point and refrigerated overnight, if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned. When almost done, sprinkle with remaining cheese. If you choose to refrigerate, allow extra time for baking.
