Pork Chops And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, sliced
Preparation
    Season pork chops and brown in oil.
    Place onion slices over meat.
    Mix soup and Worcestershire and pour over all.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Add water occasionally if needed.
    The soup becomes a delicious brown gravy.
