Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs (room temperature)
    1 c. Crisco (butter flavored)
    3 c. flour (sifted cake flour)
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1 c. milk
    2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream Crisco, margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, then flour and milk.
    Begin and end with flour.
    Add flavoring and coconut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
