Gravy And Biscuit(The Army Calls This Sos) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 jar dried chipped beef, chopped finely
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. minced onions
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. chives
Preparation

Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan.
Mix in flour to make a paste.
Add milk slowly, blend with wire whisk.
Add beef, garlic salt, parsley flakes minced onions, pepper and chives.
Heat until slightly thick (gravy thickness).
Serve over biscuits or toast slices or English muffins.
