Italian Sausages And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. sweet Italian sausage
3 to 4 green peppers
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. rice
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 to 4 onions
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Cut sausages into bite size pieces and brown in large skillet. Slice onions and peppers and add to drained sausages.
Add garlic salt, parsley and tomatoes.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
