Chicken In Wine Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium sliced onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium red or green pepper, cut into strips
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 jar mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine onion and butter in an 8-inch square dish. Cook on High 4 to 5 minutes, until onion is tender. Add chicken.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes longer.
    Stir once. Add salt, pepper, wine and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on High 4 minutes. Add mushrooms. Blend cornstarch with broth. Stir until smooth. Stir into dish. Cook on High 4 to 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Stir twice.
