Sausage And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb bulk pork sausage
    6 eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dry mustard
    2 cups milk
    6 slices white bread
    1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well.
    Place sausage in a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
    Set aside.
    Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until foamy.
    Remove crust from bread; cut bread into 1-inch cubes.
    Stir bread cubes and cheese into egg mixture.
    Pour egg mixture over sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Yield 6 servings.
