Cinnamony Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    8 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. red hot cinnamon candies
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
    Add apples, brown sugar and lemon juice.
    Toss lightly.
    In small saucepan, heat cinnamon candies and water until melted.
    Pour over apples. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until apples are tender (about 5 minutes).
