Justine Sugar Cookie(Cutout, Rolled) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix dry and liquids separately.
    Mix all, adding liquid and dry (should resemble pie dough).
    Chill 1 hour.
    Refrigerate. Roll onto heavily, floured board.
    Cut with cutter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
