Bacon Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cut in half
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp in skillet.
    Remove bacon to drain on paper towel.
    Stir-fry onion in pan with bacon drippings for 2 minutes.
    Add rice and stir-fry 7 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, water and crumbled bacon.
    On low heat, pour egg on top of rice mixture. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
    Makes 4 servings.
