Old-Fashioned No Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg, sugar and vanilla.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour into a greased and lightly floured 8-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
