Easy Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 c onion, diced
    2 c carrots, diced
    2 c celery, diced
    1/2 c flour
    4 c chicken broth, or 2 14 oz cans
    5 or 6 chicken tenders, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter or margarine.
    Add flour.
    Stir well to blend.
    Add broth and chicken tenders.
    Cook for 45 to 60 minutes, or until tender.
    You can add a handful of cooked noodles or rice.
    Freezes well.
