Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    3 jars (4 or 4 1/2 oz.) strained carrots (baby food)
    2 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (well drained)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. white raisins
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt.
    Add oil; beat well.
    Add strained carrots and mix well.
    Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Beat 4 minutes.
    Add pineapple, walnuts and raisins.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf cake pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
