Fat Free Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
2 eggs or 3 whites
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. (2 medium) mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat together sugar and applesauce.
Add eggs, bananas, sour cream and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; stir until moistened.
Pour into sprayed (or greased and floured) pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Don't overbake.
Use toothpick test.
Store in refrigerator.
