Onion Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. minced onion
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Stir down and put into 2 well-greased bread pans or 1-pound coffee cans. (Dough will be bubbly.)
    Let stand about 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
