Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) chicken, cut up
    12 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 rib celery, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    1 large carrot, cut up
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water with salt, pepper and celery until tender.
    Add potatoes, onion and carrot to boiling broth; cook 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir in parsley.
    Prepare Pot Pie.
