Steak Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. steak
    1 onion
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 Fajita seasoning package
    sour cream
    8 flour tortillas
    salsa
Preparation
    Cut steak in 1/4 inch thick strips about 3 inches long.
    Brown steak in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
    Drain fat.
    Add onion, Fajita seasoning mix and 1/4 cup water.
    Mix. Add bell peppers (thinly sliced) and onion (sliced).
    Cook over medium heat until water is reduced and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Warm tortillas.
    Place 1/2 cup of meat mixture into a tortilla, add salsa and sour cream to taste.
