Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lean pork chops
    4 medium sized Irish potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium sized onion, thinly sliced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops in frying pan.
    Make layers of chops and sliced onions in a casserole dish.
    Pour mushroom soup over this.
    Bake, covered, one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Use your own judgment about potatoes and onions, just enough of each to make a layer over chops. Serves 8.
