Sauerkraut Beef Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. drained sauerkraut
    1/2 c. rolled oats (uncooked)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. water or kraut juice
    2 tsp. caraway seed
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. yogurt
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 can celery or undiluted mushroom soup
Preparation
    Soak the caraway seed in water 5 minutes.
    Combine ground beef, sauerkraut, oats, salt, pepper and caraway seed.
    Mix well. Shape into 36 balls (about 1 1/2 of mix to each one).
    Roll balls in flour; brown in hot oil, then cover and cook slowly for 25 minutes.
