Creamy Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Blue or Roquefort cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    salt to taste
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Place cheese in bowl and mash with a fork.
    Blend in mayonnaise and sour cream, creaming until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Chill several hours.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Very good with raw vegetables.
