Hungarian Beef And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (12 oz. size) pkg. broad egg noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage (about 1 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. each: caraway seed, paprika, salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and reserve.
    Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove with slotted spoon and toss with noodles.
    Drain fat from skillet and heat water and margarine to boiling; add cabbage and cook and stir until cabbage is limp and light brown, about 10 minutes.
    Mix cabbage, beef and noodle mixture, 1 1/2 cups sour cream, caraway seed, paprika, salt and pepper.
    Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Spread 1/2 cup sour cream on top.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
