Spinach Salad With Oranges And Peanuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh spinach
8 green onions, sliced thin (tops and whites)
4 oranges or 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. salted peanuts
6 slices bacon
bottled Catalina dressing
Preparation

Clean spinach.
Stem and tear into bite-size pieces.
If using oranges, peel, pith and section.
Crush peanuts in plastic bag with rolling pin.
Fry bacon and then crumble into small pieces. When ready to serve, combine all ingredients in
a large glass bowl.
Toss with Catalina dressing, just enough to coat spinach. Serve at once.
