Summer Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 green tomatoes, diced
4 ears corn, cut from cob or pkg. of frozen corn
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. Mazola oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Prepare all vegetables.
Heat oil in Dutch oven and add vegetables.
Stir vegetables to coat well with oil.
Add to this 1 cup water and 1/2 stick margarine.
Cover and cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender, adding more water as needed.
Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
