Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3 eggs, separated (beat yolks)
2 c. rhubarb, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cream
Preparation
-
Mix flour,
oleo
and
powdered
sugar and press in 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake\tfor 20 minutes or until light brown.
Next, mix egg yolks,
rhubarb, flour, sugar and milk and cook until thick.
Put on top of baked crust.
Beat egg whites and put on top and bake until brown.
