15 Minute Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream (can use nonfat)
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown meat in frying pan and add water, chicken soup and onion soup; mix.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Blend flour and sour cream and add to meat.
    Stir until thick.
    Heat to boiling but do not boil.
    Serve on rice or noodles.
