Cauliflower Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cauliflower
2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Cook cauliflower covered in salted water until
crispy tender. Drain and place in shallow six cup baking dish.
Mix cheeses and crumbs in a small bowl.
Drizzle margarine over top of cheese mixture and toss to coat crumbs.
Sprinkle over the cauliflower. Bake uncovered at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
