Vegetable Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes with added puree
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweet corn
    1 1/2 c. diced zucchini (add last)
Preparation
    Saute garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and onion in oil. Combine with all ingredients, except zucchini, and heat through. Add zucchini and heat to desired tenderness.
    Serve topped with a small amount of shredded Cheddar cheese.
